Here is a bit of interesting information that just came through. A couple of hours ago I got a message from Facebook saying that the page that I like, DC Collectibles, has changed its name to DC Direct.
If you remember, back in 2012 the company that was then DC Direct went through a bit of restructuring. During the assessment phase it was decided that the company would change its name to DC Collectibles.
In January of 2019, during some Warner Bros restructuring, DC Comics notified the staff at DC Collectibles that they would be moved under the Warner Bros. Consumer Division.
Now it seems the company is going back to its roots with the name DC Direct. Or at least its Facebook page seems to think that is what is happening.
With Toy Fair 2020 literally just days away, it seems DC Collectibles/DC Direct might have some new information to reveal. Keep it here for more information as it develops…
